User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI would highly recommend Javier as a service writer. He is very customer oriented and willing to explain car issues to women without being condescending. There is one service writer who is "old school" and better with men; I won't work with him anymore. That being said the mechanics are very good here and I feel it is worth the drive from the city for reputable dealer service.

Between 8:45 am and 9:20 a.m on 09/07/06: Could not get live person on phone. All I wanted is directions to your new place since you moved to Lincoln and Crowferd. Phone system keept switching back to main menu after pressing 0. We had car service scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
