User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsbest in the west...loop: Jefferson tap is a place you feel comfortable in the first time you are there. Great atmosphere: lcd t.v.s, cute staff, excellent jukebox, NTN trivia and fabulous food and drink specials. Right about now (late september) the outdoor seating is perfect. easily the best west loop local, and actually my Chicago favorite.
