| About: | The staff and owner at El Cid are amazingly friendly and provide excellent service. The margaritas are excellent and the food is delicious, Mexican comfort food. The clientele are a great mix of Chicago folks - from the artsy Logan Square crowd, to Mexican families, to cops on their dinner break. User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI absolutely adore this place my boyfriend and I went for his birthday it was the perfect ending to the day the service was great the atmosphere was so wonderful and cheerful I would take anyone and everyone that would let me lol Its a perfect place a eat and relax and enjoy great company I mean even the other clientel was super friendly.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went here with my grandmother and we use to come all the time when I was a kid. But this was the worst place I've been to. The meat smelled as if it was bad and needless to say my grandmother's dish was cold when she was served. Terrible go someplace else.
