    This place is awesome! It is our favorite diner in Chicago. We would eat there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, if our schedules allowed us :) It is excellent comfort food, and better than most of the typical diners. It is our usual spot for breakfast on Sundays while we do the Tribune crossword puzzle. Nick, the owner, is always friendly and accommodating.

    a Diner is a Diner: it's price isn't great, but your paying for a 24-hour dinner. I've gone during the busy hours after church, and had great food with a long wait; and I used to go there regularly in 2004 late at night, when my table was one of 3 being used. With only one exception, the staff was great; and outside of that one time, I went away feeling I got what I expected.

    great cheap eats 24/7: what a place to nurse a hangover, or prevent one from forming. always full of locals, cops and cabbies, you can't ask for a better buy when it comes to omelettes and such at 4am. IT's the kinda place where the waitress will call you "sweetie" no matter how old you are, or what gender.
