User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have bee a regular customer for over 20 years. Last week, I went in to pick up my black suit jacket that I had brought in to get cleaned with another suit. I noticed there was a black sweater in my things and not my black jacket. Concord could not find it. They did finally locate it and after two trips by me and a few phone calls on my part checking to see if they had it, I went in to pick it up. I cannot believe Concord charged me for this jacket after my inconvenience for me to get it. Not very good customer service.
