Valet is not free if your paying $5 for V.I.P. Its a trap for stupid people like Emily. Honestly the building is nice. But it attracts a ton of douche bags. Last night I was assaulted by a stranger at 115 Bourbon Street.
Randomly, a guy punched me in the face and throw a drink at me. Security came and I informed them I wanted to press charges. When the cops arrived they refused to do anything although several witnesses colloborated the assault.
115 Bourbon Street presumably pays the cops on duty not to report assaults and such, in order to not draw attention to the place.
I would never return to a place where I am not safe.
If you want to get assaulted, go to 115 Bourbon Street.
this place is awesome! the valet is free as long as you gont get the VIP valet, which is only $5. there's a $5 cover, but they have $1.50 domestic bottles & $2.50 long islands on thursdays. they have a full menu (which i didn't know until i got there) complete with anything you'd want from appetizers to steaks & a giant brownie for dessert! when i was there the place was really clean & there was always someone cleaning something, from the bathrooms, the tables & the bars. if you're going on the weekend, there's always something to do. they have a huge sports bar, a big beer garden where you can play bags, there's a big room where they have live bands, and there's a nightclub.
the staff is cute & helpful, & they're open till 3am! best place to be on the south side!!
Don't think I would go back: My sister went there yesterday for dinner. She saw mice scampering on the floor. They told the waitress-she already knew"yeah, sorry about that",
It's one thing to not know how dirty the place might be, but to actually see it is another.
