User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsA real rip-off dealer. They charge Extended warranty for repairs they did not do. Watch your billing as no charge warranty. My SUV is 5 years old and they charged for work I never even requested to be done. Contact Attorney Generals Office if you see this pratice. Service writers are uninformed and try to repeat services you do not need or already have had done. They like make threats of refused service. Rude management and they also do under the table actions....
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI really enjoyed Star Nissan's service and sales. I thought they gave me a great deal on both the car and the trade in I had. I have been back since to have my car serviced and have appreciated everyones help. I will keep going back until they screw up.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER....
TRUST ME . I HAD ALOT OF PROBLEM WITH THEM. THERE GREAT AT SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR THEIR MONEY.
NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE EVER AGAIN I WILL GO BACK TO THAT PLACE.

That is right. I bought an SUV from them with warranty. Whenever i go up there for repairs, they always tell me it is not covered under my warranty..nothing is ever covered under my warranty, i have to pay out of my pocket. The last time i went there, they told me i needed new brakes, i paid for new brakes. After about 3 months, i noticed my brakes are not as sharp, a local mechanic told me they didnt change the brakes, they were only flushed. DONT PATRONIZE SCAMMERS!!!
