User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLOST MY BUSSINESS ! Avg. Pizza, terrible service.: Overall, the pizza is average, but the customer service is terrible. I live in Mt. Morris and ordered a lot of pizza for delivery for about 10 years from Cimino until my orders started to be wrong. Never did anyone from Cimino offer to make things right. I can understand getting orders messed up once and a while and can forgive, but when Cimino's start arguing with me that I got what I ordered one time even when I have my ticket that they wrote which has my order on it correct and different from the pizza I received; I say time to get my pizza from Alfonos. When they came to pick up and exchange the pizza, they had a nasty attitude as if I made the error. Ciminos need to get some class and remember the customer is always right.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood Pizza, Make sure it's cooked!!!!!!!!!!!!!: Love the pizza, I've been eating and ordering it for 25 years. Just make sure that it was cooked, I notice that when the "owners" cook, my pizza is then raw. Go ovens!!!!!!
