User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place really sucks, the food is priced to high and they always seem to screw up something, usally on sundays for sure, and I hate custard ,want good food and good icecream go to Dairy Dairy Queen
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsMessed up order, but made up for it: It was my first time to any Culver's and I had heard a lot about their butter-burgers and wanted to try one. I was with someone else and we were in the mood for bacon so we ordered the double bacon. Maybe because we were new to the menu or they misheard basket for bacon, our orders both came without bacon. Actually, we ordered two baskets, but only got one.
I complained loudly to the person with me, and an employee heard and offered to go get some bacon as a side. He came back with two strips, but we had both been shorted bacon. We were gonna just drop it, but on his own initiative he retrieved yet a second side of bacon and offered us free sundaes.
The food was fairly tasty, but the order mixup was a downer. They made up for it with the bacon sides and the offer for dessert, but we were not hungry enough to take them up on it (and I like frozen custard a lot). I was initially dusgusted, but I think I'll give them another chance.
BTW, the soda didn't taste right. I had a rootbeer and the other person had a cola and they both tasted like there was not enough syrup in the mix.
