Not only are they rude, but they also have no idea what customer service is.
They ruined a garment I dropped off, claiming it was already damaged when I gave it to them. Sorry, but I think I would have noticed dropping off my white shirt with bright pink spots on it.
When I spoke to management, they screamed at me on the phone and said they didn't have time for my problem.
This is the best I can do to resovle my problem, make it so other people do not have deal with the same thing I did. I guess this is what you get when you only pay 2.00 for your dry cleaning.
