User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOMG, this is by far my favorite place to eat in the Quad Cities. If you love Indian food, this place is the best. If you have never tried Indian food, then I suggest trying the buffet (at lunch it's pretty cheap) so you can try different items. Some of the items are spicy, but there are also dishes that are mild. They have the BEST Tandoori Chicken and Raita, which I put on everything. If you like soft, pita like breads, their Nan is wonderful, too. But my favorite dish is the spinach "Palak Paneer", it is wonderful! The waiters are so nice and friendly, too!

I moved away from the QC a few years ago but before that my husband and I ate here a couple times a month. Even now when ever we're in town for holidays or any other reason we make a point to stop in and eat. The service is always fantastic and friendly, the food is even better and the price can hardly be beat. We really miss the GIR.
