Listed on Western Union website with hours of operation until 10 PM. Sent emergency funds for my daughter to pick up - called the store to confirm they were able to help and then when daughter arrived she was told that the office closed at 9 PM - not 10 as listed on Western Union website AND as confirmed by the store rep who answered the phone. When I called back at 9:57 PM because my daughter is now in a panic, was told that sorry - the office closed at 9 but other stores offer Western Union until 10 PM. Hmmm...lets see, I spent the extra fee to get the payment there in minutes, confirmed by calling the store - sent my daughter to this store and then sorry things didn't work out but we open at 7 AM...no alternate resolution was offered. Very disappointing
