Unless you're ok with a drug addict working on your vehicle you might want to try a different establishment! I know of at least one drug addict employed there, and he could be the tech assigned to fix your car. I have brought this to the attention of management, and I believe the drug addict is still employed there! I don't want a repair not done properly because a tech was too stoned to know better:(

They tried to grossly overcharge me on a key for my VW. If I cannot trust them to order and program a key at the correct price, how can I trust them for a repair or vehicle sale? I will avoid this place like the plague from now on. I recommend others due the same; they're not the only VW dealer in the area!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had buying a new vehicle. The deal was signed then changed when I came to pick up the vehicle.I talked to the GM only after several failed attempts to resolve issues with office staff and salespeople. GM said Bachrodt was the biggest dealer in the area and NEVER had problems with customers. They don't return phone calls after the deal is done. The new vehicle was in need of repair by the 2nd day. Avoid this dealer like the plague.
