I had heard alot of good reviews of this place.. so we stopped here this summer on a trip to Northern Ill..not so good...the fried food we had tasted like it was made in old grease..the fried oysters were probably the worst I have ever had..and it was way overpriced..don't bother
I used to work here when I was younger, everythings made fresh and its amazing! Loved hearing all the secret recipes, just all around awesome!
the food is excellent and service is ok. it is usually very busy so service can be hard to get. all food is made fresh when you order it by the owner....RON. its the best cajun food north of louisiana. i highly recommend the fried crawfish and the pecan pie.
