User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsthe food is excellent and service is ok. it is usually very busy so service can be hard to get. all food is made fresh when you order it by the owner....RON. its the best cajun food north of louisiana. i highly recommend the fried crawfish and the pecan pie.

I have been a loyal customer of Cajun Connection for more than a decade, I have never had a better restaurant experience anywhere. Nobody north of I-10 makes a better meal, no matter what you order. Get there early and plan to stay awhile, nothing is made up ahead of time so don't get in a hurry. Quality takes time. There are a few non-cajun menu items but be prepared for a ribbing if you order them. Don't be afraid of trying anything on the menu, nothing is overly spicy, unless you ask for it that way(except maybe the hot boudin). Genuine food made by real people who care about their customers and want them to be happy. What more could you ask for?
