I found it almost funny with the review from someone who took theri mom to The Cellar and waited for 25 minutes of so to have someone collect the money for the bill. Everyone else was taking there money to the cashier. They don't collect money for your bill - all youu had to do was look around
All the positive reviews here must have been written by family members or close personal friends of the owners because when I took my mom there for pizza we certainly did not feel welcome. We walked in and were left standing at the front door not knowing if we should seat ourselves or what while 2 people who appeared to be waitresses both looked at us with a look that seemed to say "What are you two doing here?" When we were finally seated, we were left sitting with menus for about 15 minutes before anyone came back to the table. We waited another 20 minutes just to get our drinks, then about an hour for the pizza, which was brought to our table and simply plopped down in front of us. The pizza was served on a crust that was thin and stale tasting and was very bland. No one ever came back to the table to check on us, to offer drink refills, or anything. After we were done eating, we had had to hunt someone down and ASK for our bill. Once we got the bill, it took about 25 minutes before someone would come and collect the money and give us change. There wasn't even a thank you or anything. I guess this is a restaurant that only wants to serve the owners close personal friends or family members. I won't be going back and I live in town.
very good pizza! There are also great sandwiches & pasta as well! nice atmosphere also.

i work there, and i guarantee you that if you come back things would be better. if it was such bad service you should of talked to the manager because they would of helped you out.
M! It isn't our fault we we treated horribly. We had never been there before and didn't do anything except walk into the place. Just what would the manager have done? If he/or she really cared at all the staff would never have been allowed to behave that way in the first place. A good manager would manage the culture in the restaurant and train the staff to promote an atmosphere of hospitality so that he/or she wouldn't HAVE to me spoken to about rotten service. They had their chance and blew it. There are plenty of other places to get pizza from and they do a better job of making their customers feel welcome.
