Thin crust pizza is pretty good, the thick pan pizza is very doughy and they should cook it longer or they are going to make someone sick if it hasn't already! The speghetti sauce is bland, nothing like homemade and they don't even give you enough to cover the pasta sufficiently. The waitresses are rude and unfriendly and you can never get their attention. They don't refill drinks or bring extra napkins and if you ask to get a carry out container for your left overs they act like you are really putting them out.
I will not go back there again unless there is vast improvment.-

How have I not reviewed R Grotto yet?
This restaurant is in heart of Ottawa downtown, and is pretty darn good. With a mix of pizza specialties and americana, the menu steps in for all the chain restaurants that passed over Ottawa as a location. And you know what? It's pretty good too. There's a wide selection of tasty appetizers, like fried pickles and R Grotto bread nuggets. I recommend the ribs. -

Good food most of the time. But service lacks attention to the customer. Recently we ordered an appetizer, and a salad to go along with our entree's. The entree's were brought to our table before the appetizer and the salad never did show up. Other times food was delivered to the table cold when it should of been hot.
