User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsPenny's, is no longer owned by the real Penny. It is now owned by someone else. When Penny LoBianco owned the cafe the place was like home to me and my family. The food was homemade. The coffee was the best coffee ever. The Penny's Special was my favorite. Penny, her food and the comraderie of the place will forever be missed.
