User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsFantastic Customer Service: When the same products are available in so many places today, customer service is what directs me to a department store. Bergners has always given me so much better service than many other local department stores. I will never forget how they went out of the way to help me with a broken watch. I told them I did not buy the watch there, I simply wanted information so I could send it back to the manufacturer. Nonetheless, they insisted on exchanging it for me and won me as a lifelong return customer.
