User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAlways friendly, always helpful: After being a personal banking customer for 8 years, I got my first mortgage through National City. The staff are wonderful, helpful, freindly and very knowledgeable about their product.
They sliced through all the jargon and gave me the information I needed in terms that I could understand. (Yes, I'm educated, but some of that legal jargon is just beyond comprehension!)
Their 1st home buyers program helped me immensely, and I felt comfortable from the moment I first met with Keith Thompson, the loan officer, to the moment I walked out of the closing with my house key in my hand.
The banking staff are also friendly and knowledgable. I bank there personally and the agency I work for also banks there, so I'm there pretty often. Yes, they know my name and make the relatively boring banking process utterly bearable!
