User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWhat a fortunate find on a late weekend night when copious amounts of libation are asking to be introduced to a meal that should have been consumed much earlier than the aformentioned spirits were sampled.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreatest pizza I have ever had. My wife and I go there once a week. The staff there to include the owners (who are not afraid to work) are very friendly and polite as well. If they see you often enough they will get to know you by name as well. Unless you wish to attempt to pack it all away in one shot, you will be leaving with a box. Delivery is a breese as well. If you are not sure if you live with in the delivery area just ask if there is a place to meet them. (I.E. Downs area can meet them at the Freedom Station on 150 and Towanda Barns)With how much I go there, as well as how much I talk well of them, I should have got a 2nd job there, but construction takes alot out of you. Try it and see for yourself, you will be hooked too.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGREAT FOOD, EVEN BETTER PRICES!!! Best pizza in Bloomington/Normal, IL. Flingers Pizza is a locally owned legend in the college town of Bloomington/Normal. Located in the middle of a busy club/bar scene, Flingers Pizza attracts a wide variety of customers, ranging from the starving late-night bar crawlers to the loyal Flingerâs Pizza fans.
Personally, I recommend the linger Rolls (melted cheese wrapped in a flaky golden crust, served with your choice of dipping sauces.) Flinger Rolls are by far my favorite item on the menu, itâs no wonder Flingers Pizza is fast becoming one of Bloomington/Normal's #1 pizza restaurant. The delivery service is prompt, Iâve never had to wait more than 40 minutes for my order. I would recommend Flingers Pizza to anyone who loves good food, but doesn't want to pay inflated chain-store prices.
