the lab pushed the cost of apnea machine off to me, at a 200% mark up. I found out by another distributor that they did that to me it was a shame they would do that to a "out of the loop" customer. I will not buy another thing from them

Robbin was in need of a wheelchair and John at the Pekin Prescription Lab was there to help. John did most of the paper work, and in less then two weeks it came in!. The New Z-Chair. Now Robbin is out and about with Total Freedom.

Where service is not a foreign word: Over the holidays I ran short of Levimer (insulin) while visiting in Pekin, Illinois. The large chains (CVS) that I normally shop at couln't or wouldn't help me. I contacted several local CVS stores and was told to keep calling different CVS locations. Though I spend $500.-$600.00 monthly at CVS, they preferred to "pass the buck". Pekin Prescription Lab graciously took the time to fill the order. Sometimes the consumer is better served by passing the large chains by and staying loyal to the local PROFESSIONAL.
