User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI hope you enjoy living with spiders and other various insects, because you will become really intimate with them here. The neighbors are noisy and the internet is S L O W and management doesn't care. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.

the customer service is really rude. when you start out looking he is very blunt and will never explain anything if you have important questions, but as soon as you say you like and want to move in they are a little more friendly. the cable is horrible, we wanted to get dish but he all of a sudden said you can't get it because you aren't in the right building after i asked him if we could when we were looking, so we are stuck with their crappy cable that we only watch 4 channels and you pay 35/mo. i do not have the internet yet because im kinda iffy on the fact that it might suck. overall the apartments are really nice but could use some help in the office. it would be nice if they were a little bit more profesional. if you ever need something YOU have to make time and go down there because their hours are horrible and will not stay 5 minutes past closing.

Like others have said, customer service is beyond poor. Complaints/requests are pretty much ignored. And the internet service is TERRIBLE. I can't even check my email on evenings/weekends because there is no bandwidth to go around. Forget using any net based subscriptions (netflix, xbox live, etc) because they will be too slow to use. Cable is wonky and lately I've had a lot of bugs. For what you pay, you would expect better value.
