User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is the worst cab company I have ever used in my life. This morning a friend of mine from IWU called a cab and came to my dorm to pick up me and my boyfriend at a nearby dorm. When we got to the Amtrak station nearby, he charged each of us 11 dollars and said that we were three separate people so we had to pay separate fares. I said that we had never done that before, we only paid a small amount of surcharge (usually 2,3 dollars). Then he answered he picked my friend at a different place from where he picked me and my boyfriend, so they're different fares. I said he picked me and my boyfriend AT THE SAME TIME and AT THE SAME PLACE, why did my boyfriend and I have to pay for different fares, while supposedly we only had to pay a smaller extra amount of money? And if my friend and we (my boyfriend and I) are different fares, why did he not reset the time?
It was 7:30 in the morning and I did not want to miss my train so we had to pay and then I called the cab company, and the manager, in pretty rude manner said that we are two separate people and had to pay separate fares even though we went to the same place together, just like how I had to pay for the train. I wonder what is up with the term "share the cab?"
I was soooooo frustrated and mad and I felt like I was robbed right in front of my face. Be careful you guys, this company is scary. Call somewhere else.-

I used to frequent Red Top and treat it like my backup for the bus. I got such an attitude from the guy at the relay center that I'm looking into other companies. I'm tired of being stranded, stood up, and stressed out worrying that I'm gonna be late for work because the driver takes forever!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsJason is the worst driver I ever had. He also smelled really bad. He picked me up with some nasty girl in the front seat,I think it was his girlfriend or wife or something. This was the worst cab company I had ever taken! Checker is always on time and the drivers are clean and friendly.

that is not even cool i know them personally jason has a heart of gold he is one of the nicest drivers that company has
