    Fresh: The food at Chevy's on Eldorado Rd in Bloomington, IL is really good. They have the best, cheesiest, enchiladas ever! Everything we've tried has been fresh and tasty. The service is also great.

    Amazing, that's all I can say.: Honestly, this less popular chain of restaurants beats Chili's and others hands down. If they ran some commercials, they could really kick the competition. Chips and Salsa are the best I've ever tasted (you get a bottomless basket, literally!!!), food is very unique and a side of exotic sauces with almost every dish. This restaurant is seriously craving some serious publicity.

    Not impressed: I've only been to Chevy's once so I can only hope that it was just a bad night, but we took my mom here for Mothers Day because she loves Mexican food. Everyone at work said it was great. Dinner was fine, not the best....But, after waiting half an hour for the check, I finally walked up to the bar to get it myself. Not someplace I will visit again anytime soon.
