They sold me a honda minivan that had a bad transmission. They told me to complain to the local dearler and it would get fixed. Well that didnt happen since it had 117000 miles on it. They sell high mileage cars that they buy from dealers that the dealers dont want. They were not helpful at all. But the dealer got me a used trans at a fair price. Now I will only buy from real car dealers not wannabes. Stay away!
Bought a honda civic. The day after I bought it I tried out the CD player and it did not work. I brought it in that day and they would not fix it. I asked if they would at least take the CD player from my trade in and put it in the civic, they said they would take it out but they would not put it in the civic. I had to take it to best buy to get my old CD player put in my new car for 100.00. Not happy with this place at all. I know I should have tested the CD player before I bought the car, but I figured this place was credible. I was wrong. Also the felt from the ceiling has began falling down after only a few months. It appears that it was temporarily affixed to the ceiling with starch or some similar material as a quick cheap fix so that an unsuspecting customer would have to deal with it later. Buyer beware, I would not purchase a vehicle here until you have THOROUGHLY inspected it.
I have bought four cars from the Car Connection. One Toyota and three Hondas and had them all serviced there. I am planning to trade my CRV for another newer CRV. In all the years I have dealt with them I have found that they are the most fair, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. All my cars have been very dependable and at a good price. I don't even question the price anymore, I just pay what they ask. I know that the car will be worth it. I highly recommend them. John C.
