They have a take out menu, but if it is on special you can't order it from the take out menu??? what...-

For my and my Father's birthdays,two years in a row now, we ordered out from Carver's, and fed 6 or so people to overstuffed for less than seventy dollars, with leftovers for the next day, and some to snack on for the next. Now that is a dandy of a deal for food this wonderful. When you walk into a restaurant and your mouth immedietly begins to water, you are in the right place. The only complaint is that the sweet slaw was a little soupy, but Mom and I fixed that. Keep up the great work, Jeff. The only better BBQ we've had was in Washington, D.C., and that's a little out of the way to drive for dinner. Good thing we are both here in Alton!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe food was terrible.It tasted like the meat was boiled before cooking and it tasted old. The prices were extremely high also. Beware in ordering bulk food also, they do not even provide bread for it. The service is also terrible. Will never go back.
