    People, this place is Stuff every town in the United States needs. A place for inexpensive great food and great entainment. Worth the trip to Alton IL.

    Always had a great time at Fast Eddies, whether it be a quiet drink during the week or listening to the band on the weekends! I've only had beer, $2.50 for about 20oz or $3 for a bottle. The food is great, simplicity at it's best. You have to try the Big Elwood, $2.99 of heaven, or the pork kabob (hope you like pepper - yum) only 99 cents. Everything is cooked to order. i've bad everything, peel and eat shrimp, fries great burgers, brats, dogs. The staff is friendly and attentive. Eddies is crowded because it's fun.. I really didn't see any yuppies, but I agree it's not a true biker bar. And to the lady with the heels, it's not really a heel place either . . .Not a club, just fun.

    This is strictly a tourists bar. Nothing special about it. The music is too loud, the service sucks, the place is dirty, and the food is worth les than what you pay for it.
