It has been years and I now want to remodel my family room. I'm sure Gary will have some wonderful new ideas. It is important to keep your biggest investment (your home) updated and fresh. This family owned business is the greatest.

This store took 3 months to get my tile and then installer broke 2 of my doors. Talked to owner(Gary) and he told me too bad, not my problem.
Will tell everyone I know not to shop there. -

Gary and his staff are incredible. They are not only easy to work with, but they are so talented. Their design and workmanship is excellent. I love the fact that if it isn't PERFECT it isn't right and they make it perfect. I guarantee you, you will not find anyone better.

I would also like to debunk the comment posted by the Bethalto Realtor that the incident they speak of is false! I am personally the tile setter for Creative Flooring by Design and if any of our customers have a complaint we try to handle the issue to the best of our ability in the quickest manner we possibly can. I find it amusing that this reviewer posted a comment on the same day to two of our competitors, giving one great remarks and the other a 1 star remark. Maybe shopping at 3 different flooring establishments at one time is the mistake that was made here. I would like to urge anyone wishing to have tile installed in their home to do business with our store. Our #1 goal is customer satisfaction.
