User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went to test drive a Honda Civic Si and while turning into the traffic I accidentally stepped on the gas too much and burned the tire when I tried to shift in (blame it on my familarity of sticks). A sales whose name I will not mention, yelled at me telling me to pull over. I apologized, and he cussed at me, which was tottaly not needed. REALLY BAD DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GO THERE. They can do a better job on the behvaiors of their sales.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI live in Champaign but I bought my BMW from a dealer in Chicago. I have been taking my vehicle to the Twin City in Champaign for service and maintenance and by the way they service and provide me with tips, I feel bad that I did not buy the vehicle from the Twin City guys. They are extremely great in taking care of my vehicle and gave me free inspection etc before my warranty got over.

Did the srs code check, the mechanic sucks, did not installed the glove box correctly, the abs light came on and off, at the same time the radio lost power. sucks!
