User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsVery disappointed in my visit 9/22/09 I love this location but will probably not return. After ordering we noticed coupons lying on the counter When asking the employee that took our order if we could apply this coupon she merely said - sorry you have to mention the coupon before you order. The few dollars saved are not as important as the poor impression left by this employee Customer service is apparently NOT a priority here

sooooooo good: I now live in the Seattle WA area and I have to get my "fix" of Imo's everytime I go home for a visit! Miss it!
