Ask for Doug!: I've been looking for a new car for awhile now and I finally thought I had found the prefect car for me about 2 months ago. A Bright Blue 2005 Dodge Neon SXT. I was driving it around for awhile while we waiting for a good time for me to go in and sign the papers...with my work hours it was hard. Well I got into a 5 car pile up on Saturday July 30 and I was posta go in on Monday Aug 1 to sign the papers. Well, of course the insurance took care of everything for the car and they let me pick out a different car, however they did give me a different sales person by now, me and the first guy weren't getting along. So, I picked out this really nice Orange Neon SXT...then on Wendesday Aug 7, I got into another wreck in this car. The car is fixable and getting fixed as I write this...my point of this story is...that after everything I had gone through, Doug, my sales guy, very very kinda to me. He still works with me to this day on stuff for my car. So, if you're ever in the market for a new Dodge, Metro is the place to go. They have SOOOO many different cars to pick from...I don't see how a prson couldn't find a car they like there!
Registration Papers not received on time: I would like to start out by saying the initial experience with metro chrysler of Coumbia was good. However, there have been several attemps to resolve registration papers to be sent and contact has been made. I have spoken with staff and been told that a new temp. tag and reapplication for registration papers have been sent for. It has been over amonth and nothing has been resolved. So the outcome as of right now is: a new vehicle in hand with temp tags that have expired over amonth ago. Not a fun experience if you ask me. You can't enjoy paying for a vehicle that can't be driven due to lack of registration. I hope to never have to deal with this again.
