User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat service and food: The Highland Quizno's has always had exceptional service. Each staff member is always bright and pays careful attention to orders and store details. The shop is never a mess, and they handle rush times very well. The manager of the store is also very visible and friendly, making an extra effort to be kind to his customers and to thank them genuinely. The only con are the prices, but I don't know what their operation costs and back expenses are. They have been running coupon promotions for the past three months with a lack of "scratch and win" contests that mostly get on my nerves. Two thumbs up.
