I never realized I could have 100% trust in a "mechanic"... until I ended up at Master Tech one afternoon. Tom is absolutely, hands down the smartest and most ethical automotive technician I've ever met. In fact, the man could teach a class on customer service and ethical business. The first millionaire I ever knew once told me, "I don't have to know everything... I just have to know where to find it." Tom has the same attitude. What he doesn't know, he finds out. I admire a professional who can admit they are not all-knowing. I like it when he says something like, "Let me look into that," because I know he will! And the man has never tried to sneak charges in -- NONE of this, "Let me show you what you got here," stuff while he spews off technical jargon that makes your head spin. He is a straight shooter. Master Tech is as honest at the day is long! They charge a fair price for their time and, in the 5 or so years we've been going there, I have never felt I made a wrong decision in going there. Never! And that says a lot. 100% trust -- and I would give them 10 stars if the rating wen that high.
