User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe service is friendly, however, the tellers can never seem to get anything right. I'm a former LaSalle customer and the tellers cannot figure out how to do anything with former LaSalle accounts. Thank god I've saved my receipts and check my account online- otherwise, they'd have gotten away with posting less to my account than I actually deposited. On top of that, I was told to use the ATM outside, instead of withdrawing my money from the teller, because she couldn't find the correct form for former LaSalle customers. I'm sorry- this merge took place long ago (it's currently the end of July 2008 as I write this). Shouldn't they have their act together by now???
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bank with you guys at the moment, and at the first of the month my fiance and I are closing our account out... you guys have a way of taking out MORE money then is suppose to be, you are never willing to help us out on anything...
This is the worst bank I have ever done business with...
