Behrmann Meat & Processing

The people are friendly the prices are exceptional and the meat is true quality. I live in DeKalb Il almost 300 miles away and a couple times a year I make a meat run to Behrmann's...Its worth the trip!

Not Too Shabby..but: We purchased a hind quater of beef recently. The meat is great but we were a little purplexed by the difference in what we paid for verses what we received. There was almost a 45% difference in the weights which is about 20% more than other places we've used for the same cut. Like I said, the product is great but a bit expensive at this rate.

The Best Meat within 100 miles.: I took some Deer Meat to Behrmanns to be processed when we got the saugage back we could not believe how good it tasted. We purchased some pork while there and it was the best we have ever had. We and several of our friends purchased Halves of Pork, and hope to get a side of Beef next. Can't beat thier prices, or quality anywhere.
