I've only been going there for 3 weeks, and already they have failed to remove spots on multiple garments, have sent shirts back on hangers that were totally unbuttoned, shirts are received with bent and crumpled collars, one blouse was sent back unpressed, and one pair of pants was returned with iron/press marks on the legs.
We're going to have to now buy three new blouses and one pair of trousers ------ PLUS ----------- find a new cleaner ! ! ! !
