As far as atmosphere goes, this place is about even with a hospital cafeteria. Food is average and service is below average, maybe not even that good. It's got a dining atmosphere with fast-food mentality. Pretty much get your own food and seat yourself. Not recomended unless you want something only this area has.
I went to the Lagondola Spaghetti House with the mindset that I was going to get something special....I could not have been more wrong. First..the food is overpriced for what you get....The spaghetti is bland..the garlic bread is too sweet...and...the ultimate worst...I found a live bug crawling around underneath my spaghetti after I ate a third of the plate. And when I went to take the food back to the kitchen workers, I told them what was on my plate..and they asked me.."Do you want some more spaghetti?" I said..No..I dont think I want anything else...so..not even an apology..let alone a refund or something...discount..NOTHING. If you want good italian food..go to the Coach House...or Sprouts..or...even Fazolis...stay away from this dump..its SO..not worth it!
Hidden Gem of Quincy!: Eating their spaghetti and garlic bread since I was little. Great price! Their garlic bread is like no place else! Not the nicest dining area, but I always order and pickup...its worth it!
