User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was in Effingham the first 22 years of my life, and now live in a city. I FINALLY have someplace to take family when I come to Effingam - a little loud with all of the wood - but food is EXCELLENT!!! - keep up the good work!!!!!

Very overpriced, small portions. Spent $85.00 and still left hungry. The little food we had was excellent, so was the service.

This restaurant is much hyped around the area but for the life of me I don't know why. I ordered a chicken pie that for $9 that contained bones and a large piece of cartilage and very little meat, mostly dark, in a watery, bland broth. For those prices, I would expect to see mostly, if not all, white meat and some vegetables. The atmosphere is like a huge warehouse and very noisy, not at all conducive to conversation. Service was so-so, with servers off to side flirting with each other while we waited forever for drink refill and to get check despite place was mostly empty. We won't be back.
