User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsQuincy Rugworks is a family-owned and operated business which I appreciate because they take pride in their work unlike many of the larger companies (i.e. Stanley Steemer).
I think they have one of the best methods for cleaning carpets and they do a great job.

Although I respect your opinion and agree that family-owned businesses tend to demonstrate both pride in their work and respect for their customers, I submit that there are those amidst the larger names (such as Stanley Steemer) that also take pride in their work and put their customers and their satisfaction above all else.
