Free pickup & delivery, very clean with 4 convenient locations, long hours 6:30am-9pm 7 days a week. Owners are born and raised in Decatur, but are aware of the most up-to-date process of cleaning and have current machines along with vital chemicals to get the job done right! All emplyees dress in nice polo shirts so they can always be seen if I need them for help. I am not aware of any other cleaner nearby that can starch so stiff, whether I send them my expensive business shirts or my work jeans. I ask for heavy starch, and that is what I get...stiff as can be! WONDERFUL! Also, their dry cleaners get every stain out the first time, everytime! If there could be a problem with the garment, they always tag it special, and don't try to hide it among the other pieces in the order...no secrets! You can't put a price on that! And I also love the fact that Pride takes my many credit cards(and my debit, too) if I run short on cash or forget the checkbook. The owners are always in and out, and that makes me feel good...I have seen them working the counter, pressing my clothes, and even mowing the grass. They truly do take pride in their business, and treat my clothes as if they were theirs!
