I had the blackened salmon plate which was fresh, cooked just right, and well spiced. If that wasn't enough, the fillet was much larger than I would have expected in a lunch plate for less than $10 - I'd guess over 8 oz.
At another table, a stylish woman enjoyed a similarly impressive cut of salmon on a heaping bowl of baby greens.
Looking forward to the new restaurant on the west side being opened by the same owner.-

Our Japanese friend Kazuko said "Bentoh" means "Lunch Box". Just a fun fact. I work Downtown and Bentoh's is one of my favorite lunch spots. Their variety of healthy food offerings is great. The service is fast and friendly. The only negative is there is limited seating.

Food: Bentoh's is a family owned restaurant that provides Euro Asian healthy food. The food is amazingly tasty. They provide a delivery service and caterring service.
