User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've had the pleasure of being on the receiving end of Sachi arrangements in the past, however, I recently visited the shop in hopes of finding something "just right" for a friend's first day on her new job. It was awesome to hear "yes" when I asked if I could have "that bamboo, in that vase, and by the way is there any way you could wrap gold cord on my vase - like the vase across the room" Not only was I told yes, but I was asked what day and time I preferred for the delivery. You can't beat the service!

I procrastinated in placing my order for flowers for a good friend whose retirement party was happening on the same day I had called Sachi. I called at 11:30AM on the day of her retirement party; and her party was to start at 2:00PM. The kind people at Sachi say that they could take the order by phone, make the arrangement, and delivery it by 2:00PM in time for the party. The woman at Sachi said "It is not a problem". The help in deciding upon an arrangement was superior. The service was outstanding. And I got a call from my friend who was very pleased with the arrangement. Sachi TOTALLY delivered on this order. I definitely will buy from them again. I highly recommend Sachi. Thanks for a job well done.

Sachi Flowers and Gifts is the best florist shop in the city of Springfield, Illinois. The floral arrangements are exquisite and the caring attention provided by everyone associated with the store is magnificent. Whenever I have the privilege of making a purchase from Sachi, I am so happy with the carefully prepared floral arrangement. I also feel as though there is a genuine concern for how my day is going. The people at Sachi and their creations are the best. I will be a lifelong customer. I highly recommend Sachi to anyone looking for a quality, caring florist.
