My family and I have used Horstmans for years and have always been pleased with their services. Things Iâve had cleaned there include, down feather beds, comforters, delicate cocktail dresses, military uniforms, menâs dress shirts, formal evening where, tuxedos, and faux fur products. Iâve been happy with everything. The Faux fur comforter was probably the headrest thing to clean and did seem like it had a different feel to the material after the cleaning, however I am still happy with the results.

I dropped off 5 blazers, 5 pants, and 7 dress shirts to be DRY CLEANED. The dress shirts came back shrunk. I could barely get them on, let alone button them. When I brought them back to Horstman's they said they needed to send it out to be "tested", to see if it actually shrank. Well obviously of course it came back with no fault on Horstman's part.

It took three weeks to get the shirts back. Not because it took the lab three weeks to "test the shirt" but because they gave my shirts away to someone else and they didnt even know it. I had to call them three or four times before they would even call the lab to check. The lab sent it back with some other items, and Horstmans was not aware of it.

"Oh we accidently gave your shirts away to someone else who was testing a wedding dress". Can you imagine them ruining a wedding dress! So I loss seven dress shirts to the dry cleaners in one visit. DONT USE THEM, they will shrink your clothes, and not take responsibility for it.

Experienced, quick and reliable: My family has been dealing with Horstman's Cleaners for over 35 years, and we have always had friendly, quick and reliable service, plus good advice on cleaning and repairing of clothing items.
