User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe lack of customer satisfaction and service, when ordering from Dominos in West Frankfort, IL., reflects the serious need for employee evaluation as to job performance and responsibilities. It appears that some of the individuals, employed on weekends, are more concerned about their previous and pending social activities, than to be concerned about their obligation to their employer and customer service.

I agree... to some extent.. But I am seeing and having more of an issue with 2 managers andy and thomas! they treat their employees horribly in front of customer! i have been in there when the call their employees names and use foul language. I dont know how some of the employees handle that.
