    This pizza is as good as most others. Its an improvment on the Pizza-Hut grease pan, but only slightly.

    I have tried most of the Pizza here in Carbondale and owned a pizza place back in 1997 - near Chicago. Quatros pizza is a fair value for price/vrs./product, yet theres better options here. They seem to do better with marketing/advertising than with cooking a good pie.

    Try not to believe the hype. Please taste-test this place first before making a big order.

    Quatro's is soooo good! My boyfriend makes sure he eats there every time he comes down to visit. The prices are good and the food is great!

    Our son has been in college at SIU for 4 years, and
    we make sure to eat at Quatro's every time we visit. We
    will be in Carbondale next weekend for graduation - so save us a table!
