    Where to begin. This used to be my favorite place to eat in Herrin...not anymore!!! Since the change in ownership it has become over priced and the food is not top quality. I was shocked to spend $30 on lunch for three people, and two in our party had water to drink. The service was terrible, and we had to wait quite some time for food to be added to the bar. When it did arrive it was not worth the wait, to say the least. We will go down the street and eat at Happy Garden from now on.

    Kew garden claims manderin and schezwan cuisine. However the buffet is mostly fried foods, the variety is lackluster.

    Delightful Local GetAway!: Whether you order from the menu or enjoy the buffet, the time you spend at Kew Gardens is always pleasant. Something for everyone, even for those who love someone who loves Chinese but prefers American Cuisine! Lovely personal staff, and the best Hot and Sour Soup in the area. Eat In or Take Out, this will become you favorite Chinese Restaurant. Great value, comfortable unhurried atmosphere.
