    Over The Top: McAlister's is the best Deli in West County...by far! The only place you can get tea as good as the sweet tea at McAlister's in Ballwin is at another McAlister's location! Great food served with a smile!

    Good Food.: Good food. Sometimes busy but they get your food to you pretty quickly. The BEST iced tea in the business. Amazing spuds, soups, and sandwhiches.
