User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHog Wild Bar-B-Q prepared a menu of BBQ chicken, pulled smoked pork, potato salad, baked beans, & cole slaw for a sit down banquet of 50 persons (Cub Scouts, parents and siblings).
The food was prepared on time, properly hot or cold and ready to be served. It was well received by all and many second trips to the buffet table were witnessed.
The side dishes were evenly flavored and of good quality. The meats were moist and flavorful. The custom BBQ sauce was superb!
Left-overs disappeared instantly--snatched up by the families.
Great food & service. Thanks Hog Wild Bar-B-Que!
