    July 21st I went to Ballwin post office to mail a certified folder. Marvin waited on me at the window. I am eldely, he was so nice and helpful filling out the information, never once acted if he wanted me to hurry. I am sure that he treats all his customers that way. I think he should be given something special. He was the only person in that office who has treated me that kindly.

    Passport help - wonderful!: We took care of getting our Passports expediated yesterday at Ballwin Post Office. Jim helped us. There were many people in line but Jim was patient and thorough and best of all, extremely polite and friendly. I would also comment that I called twice before coming to the Post office to ask questions and the phone was picked up immediately and my questions answered kindly and quickly. I appreciated so much the way the folks at the Post Office took care of us.
