From Paul Dau to every person I have had contact with over twenty years of wonderful servive, it has been a pleasure. All the sales people are very informed and willing to offer suggestions. I live in the Metro east, and the designe...See MoreDau claims to offer a design service, but the designers are really just salespeople. I live in the Metro east, and the designer hemmed and hawed. So I got nothing, not even a request for photographs of the room so they could better help with an in-store purchase. And you do want someone to come to your house to see the room itself, lighting, etc, especially when you are purchasing more expensive furniture as opposed to making a run to Ikea. The delivery people can come to IL, but the designers don't. In the end, I got nice furniture, but not the quality of service I'd expect. That said, the delivery people are fantastic. Maybe they could give the designers some tips on customer service.
